Who we are

Sparrow Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Corvallis, Oregon (245 SW Twin Oaks Circle, Corvallis, OR 97333). This policy covers information collected through our public website (sparrowinc.org).

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly:

• Newsletter signups — your email address when you subscribe to The Sparrow Monthly.
• Contact form submissions — your name, email, and message when you reach out through our contact page.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics software on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To send you The Sparrow Monthly if you subscribed — and only that.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Third-party processors

Two services handle data on our behalf. We do not control their infrastructure, but both are reputable processors with their own privacy policies:

• Web3Forms — routes contact form and newsletter submissions to our staff inboxes. Submissions are forwarded and not stored long-term on their platform.
• GiveButter — processes donations. Any financial or personal information entered during a donation is governed by GiveButter's own privacy policy, not this one.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you immediately.
• Request deletion — email us at info@sparrowinc.org and we will remove your information from our records.

Updates to this policy

If we add new services or change how we handle data, we'll update this page. We won't make changes that reduce your rights without letting you know.
