A Sparrow Housing Community

Twin Oaks Community

Affordable, dignified housing in South Corvallis — a stable foundation for lasting change.

Twin Oaks Community (formerly known as Twin Oaks Mobile Home Park, and before that South Corvallis Trailer Park) is the affordable housing community Sparrow owns and operates in South Corvallis. Through a grant from the State of Oregon, Sparrow stewards 61 residential sites where neighbors find stability, connection, and room to flourish.

Housing is more than a roof. At Twin Oaks, affordable lot rent, on-site care, and community events help residents move from surviving to thriving — and the Hope Fund stands ready when a neighbor faces an unexpected crisis.

How do Sparrow, Twin Oaks Community, and Centurion fit together? +

Sparrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to walk families out of homelessness and toward lasting stability. We own and operate Twin Oaks Community and the land it sits on, with the goal of making it a safe, stable, and thriving place for residents to call home. Centurion Property Management handles the everyday landlord side — lot rent and leases — so residents work with Centurion for those matters. Sparrow’s own on-site team — a Caretaker who looks after the community’s facilities, and a Resident Services Coordinator — is available to help with things like a maintenance concern, a neighbor situation, or any other question.

What is Resident Services? +

Resident Services is one of the biggest ways Sparrow serves the Twin Oaks community — helping residents connect with and navigate important resources like health insurance, government assistance programs, healthcare access, and job searching, including help with the application process along the way.

Our Resident Services Coordinator is in the on-site office Tuesdays, 11am to 5pm. Residents are welcome to stop by anytime during those hours.

What is the Hope Fund? +

The Hope Fund is Sparrow’s way of stepping in when a Twin Oaks resident faces a sudden crisis — things like a house fire, a major health emergency, or an unexpected loss of heat or essential items. It’s meant to help residents stabilize during an emergency, with the goal of preventing a crisis from turning into a loss of housing.

Every situation is different, and we work with each resident individually to see how we can help. If you’re facing a hardship or have questions about the Hope Fund, reach out to our team at twinoaks@sparrowinc.org or (541) 753-3334.

Are there community events at Twin Oaks? +

Yes. Sparrow hosts community events throughout the year that all residents are welcome to join, like an annual barbecue and a community garage sale day.
